Sculpting clay enables me to portray the Sacredness of life.  This is
demonstrated in two of my series.  My
figurative sculptures utilize my gift
of seeing the core essence of a person and/or situation and putting it in a
visual essay through portraiture.
Earth Bowls are what Mother Nature
might create if she were to spin her winds and fuse either sand, the stars,
water, wood or stone together.  I've had the blessing to participate in
"Toe
River", a public art project at Penland School of Crafts in North
Carolina, and look forward to furthering my career in providing art for
public spaces.

In addition to sculpting, I have an affinity for the relationship between
humans and machines, hence my love of the potters wheel.  I create both
decorative and functional
pottery pieces that range from whimsical to
handsome to spiritual.

Creating beauty and infusing it with love, joy and serenity is my Life Path.
Being a Certified Reiki Practitioner, I do a blessing on each piece before it
leaves my studio, furthering my commitment to planting seeds of goodness
on Mother Earth.
